As noted by the automated response, i have added this as an Issue. I will attempt to figure out what the problem is but I do not have an x64 available currently troubleshoot.

Starts with an error message stating:
"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Review the manifest file for possible errors. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem..."

.Net 2 with all updates
