Windows only. MFC based.
Linux have "dd", "dd_rescue" and so on, although not with GUI.
In some cases appears necessary to try read files from a bad media, and ordinary OS tools do not provide for you such ability.
Enough big sense to partially read a file appears, when it have restoration data (the one, which for example WinRAR is able to create).
You may also succeed to read the whole such file, although ordinary that does not happens :).
Currently can read only a single file, from any media, from HDD, from CD.
Description file goes only with source code.
Executable uses MFC debug dlls. If you aren't a C developer, then download dlls pack also, and decompress them into CD Reader folder.
