Project Summary
O CHELD pretende ser uma plataforma de suporte e um gerador automático de documentação para projetos de Software Livre e Código Aberto. Suas funcionalidades básicas incluem:
- registro de usuários;
- dúvidas/problemas identificados por tickets;
- abertura unificada e orientada de tickets;
- geração automática de FAQs e outros tipos de documentação;
- registro de tickets em arquivos texto em vez de bancos de dados;
- sistema avançado de busca
O sistema está sendo desenvolvido em PHP5 e tem como regra a simplicidade (KISS), tanto no código quanto na operação.
Colaboradores são bem-vindos, especialmente se forem programadores ou especialistas em suporte.
