CodeMaker is a modeling tool that allows desingers to create graphically ERD diagrams. It may look just like any other designing tool, but it has an extra feature: it uses code generators to generate source code from the database model.

Code Generators are plugins that can be dynamically loaded, so basically there are no limits for them: they can be used to generate java code, php code, sql code, etc. You can develope Code Generators yourself, and that way extend CodeMaker capabilities.

CodeMaker will shorten your developing times, and you will end up with a consistent api for database access, that you can fix/improve with just a mouse click.

CodeMaker is a tool created by software developers and oriented to software developers.
