* 181-add-ctkException-class:
Use CTK exception classes everywhere in PluginFramework and plug-ins.
Use ctkException as the base exception class in the PluginFW.
Added three general purpose exception classes.
Use covariant return types.
Make one-argument constructor explicit to avoid unintended conversions.
Comply to the coding style of CTKCore.
Added a ctkException class.
