Project Summary
Datum is a server-based software which connects databases with PHP to collaborate for data management in your data project.
It was developed at UMR Environnement & Grandes Culture, a research unit of the French institute INRA, to share data from database with partners and facilitate the management of experimental data, with guaranty of data privacy.
The core of the software provides :

- visualisation of the database schema throw WWWSQLDesigner
- data report with charts
- dynamic charts
- asynchronous daemon
- internationalisation
- help system
- database management with optimisation, triggers
- user history
Modules can be added to add special functionalities or interface for a database.
It is developed in PHP using the Yii framework.
