Dillo is a very fast, extremely small web browser, written in C and C++.
The version 2.x is now UNICODE aware using FLTK2. Dillo renders a good subset of HTML, excluding frames, JavaScript, and JVM support.
Older Dillo 0.x versions used GTK1 (with source and binary ~400kb each) under GPLv2+, but are deprecated.
