Today we are releasing an internal beta of the upcoming DOCman 1.5. DOCman 1.5 runs fully native, there's no need to enable legacy mode anymore.

There was quite a demand for this feature after our announcement in January, but work on Nooku ... [More] Content and Nooku Framework kept us from tackling it. The good news is that we are back on track and getting ready to give DOCman the bright future it deserves.

So far the uptake of the Valentine's Day release of DOCman 1.4 Stable is going great: over 25 000 downloads in the first ten days! It's great to see that you guys still like it.

I'm happy to announce that as of today, DOCman 1.4.0 Stable (the Valentine's Day Edition) is available for download. I'm also very proud that this week, DOCman has crossed the one million downloads mark on Joomlacode (since March 2007)!

In ... [More] more good news, MjazTools AutoPopulate (a utility to quickly import many files into DOCman), and AutoThumb (a plugin that generates thumbnails for images in DOCman) are now official Joomlatools plugins. They can be found through the download link below.... [Less]

Last October we announced that DOCman was taking a quick nap, due to the team's focus on Nooku. With the release of Nooku 0.6 at the end of 2008 we have time again to refocus on DOCman and give it the attention it deserves.

Joomlatools would like to announce the immediate availability of DOCman v1.4.0RC2.

Recently, a CSRF vulnerability was discovered in DOCman. An attacker can have the same access permissions as the administrator. In the right circumstances ...
