easy to use cscope+ctags+vi (especially on win32 platform)

Why use it?

Here is my story: When working on windows, I use vi+cscope+ctags. But configuration of cscope and ctags is a little difficult. The most annoying issue is I need install `find' of gnuwin32 which can not handle directory name ending with '\'. Dos command window is terrible and I want to type less keys build/rebuild/delete the database of source tree.

That's why I developed this script.
