BackgroundI began working on this to access twitter from python. It has evolved.

OverviewFriend manager service to find interesting people for users to follow. This would be based on criteria such as user status similarity, common followees (friends), common followers, follower to friend ratio (tweeter quality), frequency of tweets, number of tweets, most recent tweet date, and whatever else is relevant.
