r81723 Added a new test showing three issues with the new IPv6 EiffelNet library but also a bug in the old one where reading an integer from a non-blocking socket without an integer to read would actually perform an infinite loop instead of returning immediately.

r81719 * Fixed bug#16395 and eweasel test#store026 to avoid mismatch if the metadata stored in `eskelet' is simplified or not (i.e. for class A[G] feature g: B[G], and then having A [INTEGER] could either describe `g' as either `B[G]' or `B[INTEGER]', eventhough different they are the same type and should not yield a mismatch).
