EiffelStudio could be a great Eiffel IDE. It has a lot of nice features, like code visualisation and debuging infrastructure, but it is unstable and a lot uf GUI elements are broken (on Linux). Most crashes occur when you compile or finalize your code. I've tested version 6.0 on Ubuntu and Debian. Maybe it runs better on Windows, I don't know.
