Added plugin mechanism. Plugins allow custom scripts to be invoked at the beginning of the backup sub command. Added a demo plugin and a postgresql plugin. The new configuration option PLUGINS specifies which plugins to use.

eloy backup now checks whether or not mkdir and mv commands returned status code 0. Otherwise the backup is aborted.
