Fixed a bug that crashed preferences dialog if there were non-theme directory under themes directory.

Fixed few bugs on video screen. Now if there is no indexed TV-series, the frontend do not crash is user presses down when TV-series tab is open. Also Movie plot is now fixed to be multiline.

added the patches to content-management-dialog.py and videos.py from the bugs in launchpad

Removed all PYC files from repository. PYC file is a "compiled" PY file and it is generated automatically by python interpreter when python script is executed. These files do not belong in repository.
