There is also an .msi installer file available for 2.22.1, but it's still in testing.

Evolution is a true competitor to outlook. It has all the functionality you need if you know outlook and used it.

Well I never used outlook. So my thoughts about evolution is, that it is too big for an email client.

I either use sylpheed or thunderbird.
But I prefer thunderbird because the build in spam filter is the best I ever saw.

Evolution is the best replacement for the "big" Outlook on Linux. However, porting to Windows could spread it much more among users!
