Project Summary

In FogBugz, when a developer marks a case as resolved, it gets reassigned to the person who originally opened that case. The idea is that the original opener will then review the fix and either confirm it by closing the case or reopen it with further details.

The problem is the origina opener will forget about cases still open and assigned to them.

This simple PHP script that will look through cases and find those marked resolved/fixed but still open. It then builds a single e-mail containing all those cases and emails the original opener to remind them to review and close the case(s).

It can be called from the web browser or from the PHP CLI.

Requires PHP 5.
