565f1cbf handle the service that a ping log pertains to being null (for example, in instances where the service has been deleted) - it just shows "Unknown" for the service

760cf59e ensure all tags are lowercase when created, so there is no ambiguity between case sensitive tags in the database, and the tags as requested on the tag pages

55f5eccb Set comment expiration back. Seems to only be an issue if you use a custom permalink. Need to look into updating for that.
