Interesting piece of software

Although installation is all-but-simple (even in Debian), the feeling of having your own Sourceforge cannot be replaced by anything else. Worth a shot.

Software Forge

This is an open source software forge that can be put to production use. It is non-trivial to set up---you need to know all the included tools like mailman and subversion as well. Based on the original sourceforge.net code, however, it has proved its value over time.
