A barebones CMS that you extend by installing plugins to create quite different types of sites,
There are over 100 plugins to choose from and developing your own is within the grasp of anyone who likes tinkering with php.
Most sites are of a digg/reddit design with a few notable exceptions.
It lacks the army of theme designers found in the big projects but modifying the existing themes is straightforward and encouraged.
The outstanding feature however is the support forums. A loyal band of followers strive to help everyone from new users to coders writing their own plugins.
