Popup auto-complete in Eclipse 3.3

1)
After i setup and try to edit the snipsnap page in eclipse,
i cannot see the auto complete for the macro. (in the demo there was popup menu after you type '-{'
2)
In the demo,
when you clicked on the create page link,
a new edit page (tab at the bottom) was opened inside the Wiki Browser.
However, in my environment,
it just load the edit page in the same browser tab.
anyone can help
