The major fixes/enhancements

1. The system totally supports utf-8 character collection, the perfect multinational language of support.
2. Enhance the functions of all modules, add new module to integrate with DimDim.
3. New installer for user-friendly installation.
4. Add new document templates, user could create document and learn path easily.
