Jabbin is a Jabber instant messaging client with support for Jingle P2P VoIP, and compatible with Google Talk.
Jabbin is based on Psi and uses Qt. It is available for Windows and Linux.

Jabbin rocks
I've been using the svn version under Mandriva 2007.1 and Ubuntu 7.04 without any problem (besides some compilation problems, but not big deal).
It's amazing being able to calls my contacts who are using google talk from windows.
