added small text file explaining origin of unrar commandincluded for the following reasons1. in case end users browse the package contents, and want to know where it came from.2. conform with the GNU GPL, which wants you to state where to get the source code from3. give some credit to the people who did it

added Mac OS X application bundlenote: this does not include the JARs; they are created during the buildprocess. in other words: after downloading this stuff with cvs, it is notyet a singin' and dancin' application.
