Finished the command line args parsing and description wrapping. Removed ending periods from exceptions.

Added the code to set the process title. Moved the daemonize function into the process namespace. Added errno handling to the Exception class.

Added the Kimura website URL to the config and output it in the version.

Added the app title and default manager port to configure. Finished rendering of help, but still needs exceptions to be displayed. Moved the config.h stuff into kimura.h.

Wired up the help and version in main(). Version needs a bit more work and exceptions need to be displayed.

Restructuring of the CmdLineArgs. Split the command line args into either flags or arguments. Created most of the CmdLineArgs stuff with the exception of the actual parsing and validation of manager. Style changes to the code.

Restructured privileged separation code. Added some more documentation about the privileged operations. Updated features list with some nice to haves.
