Most social networks on the Internet today are ego centric in nature. They are venues for an individual to promote themselves through sharing of their pictures and self generated content within an network of people with some similar interests.
The purpose of the Kogukond Project is to develop social network visualization tools that are intended to be local community centric. Our mission statement is to strengthen local communities through visualization tools to encourage people of similar interests in a local community to connect in person, not virtually.
(Note: Kogukond is an Estonian word for 'a group of people of similar interests living in the same general area'.)
Ohloh computes statistics on FOSS projects by examining source code and commit history in source code management systems. This project has no code locations, and so Ohloh cannot perform this analysis
Is this project's source code hosted in a publicly available repository? Do you know the URL? If you do, click the button below and tell us so that Ohloh can generate statistics! It's fast and easy - try it and see!
