Since I use Mantis (http://www.mantisbt.org/) in my projects - I would love to have code review feature for mantis too. There are few code review tools available already, but no one integrates with mantis: Code Collaborator (http://www.smartbear.com/codecollab.php) — Not free (expensive). Many cool features. Root access needed for installation. Written in PHP. Review Board (http://www.review-board.org/) - Open Source solution. Very basic functionality. Not very logic in some cases. Written in Python. Acunote (http://www.acunote.com/promo). Not free (expensive). It is agile software development system.
