r114 Fixed a bug in the iframe player that was introduced several commits back. The bug prevented IE6 from calculating the correct height of the browser window.

r113 Fixed a small bug wherein IE6 did not measure the viewport height correctly. This was resolved by making it measure the overlay element height. In IE6, the height of this element is set using a CSS expression.
