Graphics-heavy forum skins are sometimes despicable. It's pretty painful to write CSS skins for all forum software out there and hope that it gets adopted by the respective owners of websites. They have their likes and preferences. Users must have their corresponding choice to use their own CSS if they so wish. The aims are: 1. As few images as possible - makes for very fast loading. 2. Colors that are as close as possible to existing skins to ensure that the look and feel is not too different. 3. A howto for each + browser combination if possible. At the very least, one for each browser to allow users to use their own css for sites they choose.
