MiniShare is minimal HTTP server software for Microsoft Windows. It is open source under GPL. The aim is to be as simple and intuitive as possible, thus only the needed features of the HTTP/1.1 protocol are implemented. Most actions are done using the mouse (such as dragging files on the program window to share them), but command line options are supported for advanced usage.
