Updated to the current TCPDF version 5.9.145. This solves a bug by TCPDF that is logged in the MODX system event log. Avatar

Added the possibility to change the color of the header and footer line. For example by setting the color matching background color, the lines are invisible. This feature does only work with a currently modified TCPDF version.
