Monkey Project is a management system for projects. In short it enables users to create projects and manage some aspects of it.
Monkey Project is a modular system which means that the core infrastructure is very generic and extensible. However, the first goal of Monkey Project will be to facilitate the creation of software projects by initiating an SVN repository and a Trac installation for each project that is created.
Monkey Project handles all the "paperwork" such as project creation requests, project approvals and such and provides a set of "hooks" for scripts that are responsible for instantiating the necessary environment.
Ohloh computes statistics on FOSS projects by examining source code and commit history in source code management systems. This project has code locations but that location contains no recognizable source code for Ohloh to analyze.
