myExperiment makes it really easy for the next generation of scientists to contribute to a pool of scientific workflows, build communities and form relationships. myExperiment enables scientists to share, re-use and repurpose workflows and reduce time-to-experiment, share expertise and avoid reinvention.
myExperiment introduces the concept of a workflow bazaar; a collaborative environment where scientists can safely publish their creations, share them with a wider group and find the workflows of others. Workflows can now be swapped, sorted and searched like photos and videos on the web.
myExperiment is a Virtual Research Environment which makes it easy for people to share experiments and discuss them.

With the SWI-Prolog (currently in experimental stage, and available from GitHub) plugin Prolog programs can be accessed inside Bioclipse’s scripting environment for querying and other processing of RDF triples.

Protein Sequence
This workflow gets a series of information relating to a list of KEGG pathways supplied to it. It also removes any null values from a list of strings. Example input: path:mmu04010 path:mmu05014
This workflow performs a generic protein sequence analysis. In order to do that a novel protein sequence enters into the software along with a list of known protein identifiers chosen by the biologist to perform a homology search, followed by a multiple sequence alignment and finally a phylogenetic analysis.
