Wenn das lockfile nicht vorhanden ist, konnte Nagios es ggf. beim Start nicht anlegen. Prüf mal bitte die Berechtigungen von Nagios auf das Verzeichnis.

Das lässt sich nirgends ändern. NagiosQL arbeitet grundsätzlich nicht parallel mit anderen Konfigurationsmethoden zusammen - jedenfalls nicht ohne Einschränkungen und viel manueller Kontrolle.
