Fix bug 3438 by not converting newlines to carriage returns when copying to the system clipboard. This conversion was a hack back when we supported Mac OS X 10.2.x and many applications at that time still used carriage returns instead of newlines. Nowadays, most applications use newlines so this hack has outlived its usefulness.
