Dear NOCC followers,

unfortunately Tim received all sorts of strange messages and therefore I (Tobias Mathes) decided to take over NOCC for at least bugfixes.

We will see how NOCC might be change in the future, so far Tim and I haven't decided, yet.

It was a difficult decision, but I no longer develop NOCC. My life has changed a lot lately and I've barely had time for NOCC.

Also the source code is too old and dusty for one developer alone. We overslept the “Web 2.0” trend and lost a ... [More] lot of users and developers. Projects like RoundCube <http://roundcube.net/> have a much better user experience. (Even when they have no support for POP3. But with multiple computers and smart phones is IMAP anyway the better choice.)

NOCC 1.9.2 (and the bug fix release 1.9.3) includes all my changes from the last time.

I would help anyone who want to take the project seriously. Until then the project is unmaintained. Sorry!
