A plugin for the Protege-OWL editor that allows annotation of Neurolucida format neuron morphology data files. Includes modified version of cvapp (http://neuron.duke.edu/cells/cellArchive.html).

As of 3/26/08 we have a beta version of the software available for trial use. Download "omtdemo.zip" in the featured downloads on the left to get the latest version.
