OpenEMR is ONC Complete Ambulatory EHR certified and features fully integrated electronic health records, practice management, scheduling, electronic billing, internationalization, free support, a vibrant community, and a whole lot more. OpenEMR can run on Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, and many other platforms.
