Started with Onepoint Project Basic one or two months ago and I have to say that it is really easy to use. What I also like is that it's not just about planning, I mean it's not just a GANTT chart drawing app: instead it includes also basic controlling tools such as e.g. plan/actual comparisons of resources and costs. And BTW, it also looks cool... :-)

Check out release 8 of OPP. They especially made it easier to edit data in tables. Also the usability of the time/effort tracking feature was improved considerably.
