Oratsa ("Torah" in Aramaic), intends to give simple access to as many Jewish sources as possible, from the Bible, Mishna and Talmud, to books written in the last years, freely and off-line.
This project is based on the great "תורת אמת" project, http://www.toratemetfreeware.com/ , but is developed seperatly.
The displaying program was written by Moshe Wagner (moshe.wagner@gmail.com), and is licensed under GPLv2. The books mainly came from the "ToratEmet?" project - And are licensed (mainly) under the CC license, and the GFDL.
Bug reports, ideas, and comments are greatly welcome at the project's mailing list: http://groups.google.com/group/toratemetqt, or at my e-mail.
