Update pyrus.phar with latest fixes. Update ant build script: The phar and dist targets now use pyrus to build the pyrus.phar file, use pyrus to run the tests using -m. Remove makepackage.php as it should not be used anymore. Use pyrus make && pyrus package --phar -o newpyrus.phar && mv newpyrus.phar pyrus.phar OR ant phar
