Service delivery is not only an implementation of technical components or software, it is a complex combination of organization, processes and technique (software and hardware). Goal is to design and implement an enterprise aware delivery and management environment based on best practices, Open Standards and Open Source. 

The name PHI is based on the greek letter &#966; which also stands for the golden ratio, which is associated with intrinsic beauty of nature, architecture and art.  

MissionThe mission of PHI is to be authority on Enterprise Service Delivery by designing, build and provide all necessary parts for managing the Service Delivery and work together with the industry and customers to defines and implement Open Standards in the Service Delivery.
