Project Phobos is a lightweight, scripting-friendly, web application environment running on the Java (TM) platform. With Phobos, developers can write web applications using any number of scripting languages. In doing so, they can take advantage of a very interactive development environment that does away with explicit compilation and deployment steps, all while retaining the power of the Java platform.
