Pocket Freemind

A PocketPC/Windows Mobile version of Freemind. Because of limited screen size, Pocket Freemind uses a hierarchical tree view instead of the graphical map view of Freemind, however it is completely file-format compatible with Freemind.

* add icon "yes" and "clock" to icon selection dialog
* fix error on loading map with custom icon
* fix fail open file from command line
* Change menu : Edit Note -> Add/Edit Note
