id really like to see in which sequence the single calls are made.
one could either attach a counter to the edges or (even better) use a single edge thats winds from node to node.

Would it be possible to add a main section to pycallgraph module. This would allow the script to be invoked using the new -m command-line options.
As it is I add to rename the script pycallgraph to pycallgraph.py to be able to run it on Windows.

Pycallgraph is a great tool!
Is it possible to add an option to make a "cluster" out of the nodes belonging to the same class? This would ease navigation for well organised code, as methods of same class often call each other.
