Installable in a simple copy/paste operation, it has a very small footprint, with just the necessary library and files. Well documented and tested, it allows you to create great web applications faster. Rain is, simple to install, easy to use, has a small footprint, very fast, multilanguage, WYSIWYG, and it's extensible.
