Reflexil is a great reflector plug-in which lets you edit and manipulate the IL code of your assemblies. You can also C# or VB.NET to produce IL. It's possible to inject or remove code. My favorite feature is the two-pane method body editor which lets me compile C# code I write on the left pane and get IL at the click of a button on the right pane. That's a killer feature! Especially for those of us who want to write their own special purpose compilers.
