This program is a tool for sending e-mail,which designed according to RFC821 rule, can send data only via Socket and don't need other assistant program. At present ,we have already realize the VC# and Linux C edition, among these programs, the Java part is finished by one of my friend.

这个程序主要是参考RFC821来实现的，主要参考了Axman的Java版本的程序，根据自己的需要改写成Linux/C,Windows/C#两个版本。

程序直接用Socket实现的，没有调用第三方任何函数。 c里面的base64编码作为发送信息必须的编码方式。
