removed xml2array.js ... it wasn't included right, nothing used it, and it wouldn't work correctly under Rhino without serious modification or writing wrapper classes between Java DOM and browser-js-DOM.

Add a xml Parser, not implemented well, but it should work, tomorrow will bring parsing for bugzilla

hopefully fixed a bug where the time plugin could be triggered by typing 'time' + anything, like 'timer' ... now it should only respond to 'time' and 'time ' (indicating there are arguments).
