broke out the console to it's own view and class. made a few minor cleanups too.

separated the console from the main window in the xib and made the splitviews main the width/height of the sourceview/console when resizing the window

started the console. cleaned up the defaulting of preferences. made the favorites editor a regular sheet because it doesn't need to be modal

created a stronger link between the preference window's favorites table and the main windows source view to allow for easier updating of the source view
