Updated bridge to now use the AuthenticationService of the website hosting the Silverlight application. Cleanup needs to be done to both the bridge projects and the example projects due to this change. The example website is not configured well to be ... [More] distributed, currently the database must be attached as Example and there must be a SQL user account created. Also windows authentication is not working. [Less]

Created new project to be referenced by plug-ins, that contains a base class to inherit from. Worked on session management API, not supports timeout and forced kill of session. Improved Windows UI to now have an active list of connections including ... [More] their state and last activity time. Extracted the Connections control to a WPF control library that will hold additional controls as the Windows UI is cleaned up. Added options to change service port and session timeout limit. Currently the app must restart for changes to these settings to take effect. Extracted the FileSystemService to its own project so that this can be more consistent with other plug-ins, and therefor a better example for others to model their plug-ins after. [Less]
