Cleaned out scrap/ test projects. Added a project to be used by web sites to implement the AuthenticationService. Major refactor of AllowedSites (now called SiteCredentials) started to better handle authentication and adding the requesting site to the configuration when it is not currently in the "allowed" list.

Cleaned up the ConnectionExample a bit. Refined the AllowSite API, as well has implemented logic to prompt the user to allow a site that is attempting to connect but is not in the list.

Refactor completed to host all plugins on same port number. Also removed need for plugins to implement the CAP file method. CoreBridge is now automatically assigned to allowed sites.
